AMENDMENTS |

1. |
The board of directors of the Reform Party of British Columbia or any committee or task force established by the Board or a recognized Constituency Association may propose amendments to these Principles. |

2. |
Notice of a proposed amendment to these Principles shall be in accordance with Articles 12.3 and 12.4 of the Party bylaws. |
|
3. |
Amendments to these Principles shall be by special resolution requiring the approval of not less than 75% of the voting members of the Party attending an annual general meeting. |
|
4. |
No amendment shall contravene the Constitution of the Party. |
