Reinforce Life, Liberty, Security and Property Rights
Office of Premier in B.C. Enactment 1960 Canadian Bill of Rights
Reinforce
life, liberty, security and property rights. Office of the Premier will drive a provincial enactment of 1960 Canadian Bill of Rights. Purge government of fake debt and directors’ and officers’ (D&O) liability insurance frauds. Remedy wrongful deaths; no murders left unsolved.
Reform research shows that for nearly forty years, British Columbians have been losing rights to life, liberty, security and property as defined in the 1960 Canadian Bill of Rights.
Reform believes theses losses are the result of the penetration of all orders of government in Canada and the United States and the fraudulent conversion of public pension and insurance funds by racketeering influenced and corrupt organizations (‘RICO’) and global terrorist groups.
Reform will reestablish reserve units for rapid deployment in British Columbia based on a proposed audit of land, payroll and human resources associated with former Canadian Forces Base Chilliwack (CFB Chilliwack) and former Royal Roads Military College (RRMC) near Victoria.
We note insiders of the BC Office of the Premier are being placed in a conflict of interest by the CAI and Carlyle Canada private-equity lobbyists and the Sidley Austin law firm, the latter with a tradition of tontine-style directors’ and officers’ (D&O) liability insurance and tax-shelter frauds.
A Reform government will remove lobbyists from the BC Office of the Premier and install online public-asset tracking systems with appropriate security for clarity, equity and one set of books.
A Reform government will sue principals and agents for damages in any fraudulent conversion of public assets where the balance of probabilities indicates the existence of a criminal organization.
Reform believes that the failure to enforce provincial personal property, encourages political corruption or privatization – not to the market as the word normally implies – but to government insiders and senior bureaucrats who trade assets with criminal organizations over virtual private networks supplied by Cisco Systems and Macdonald Dettwiler and Associates of Richmond, B.C.
Cisco’s networks have allowed the CAI and Carlyle Canada private-equity groups and the Sidley Austin law firm to position the "Global Custodians" with $88 trillion of assets in custody (‘AIC’).
1. RBC Dexia (MindBox fraud on bcIMC teachers, police, MLA, firefighters, pension fund),
2. Northern Trust (Acorn sub-prime mortgage frauds on Laborers LIUNA pension fund),
3. State Street of Boston (Churning frauds onTeachers' TIAA-CREF pension fund)
4. BNY Mellon (Treasury $700 billion bailout and Madoff $70 billion hedge fund frauds)
5. BNP Paribas (Kyoto fake-debt climate fraud, Axa / Equitable tontine and D&O fraud)
6. Brown Brothers Harriman (KPMG / Son of BOSS tax shelter fraud with Deutsche Bank)
7. HSBC (CIDA/Cisco’s Virtual Pentagon, E-Comm and 8(a)/9-1-1 contract killing)
8. JP Morgan (Hub-and-spoke, CO2e insider trading fraud on Chicago Climate Exchange).
Reform looks to the Canadian Bill of Rights for a remedy to these abuses but recognizes the bill, enacted in 1960 by consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, is no more than a statute because it was not enacted or proclaimed by any constitutional amendment process.
Currently the Canadian Bill of Rights applies only to federal jurisdiction not to legislation of the provinces. Furthermore, the 1982 CANADIAN CHARTER OF RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS by then Canadian Prime Minister Trudeau and Justice Minister Chrétien, makes no mention of ‘property’.
Led by the BC Office of the Premier, a Reform BC government will REINFORCE rights with a provincial enactment of Canadian Bill of Rights where elected officials and government employees will defend the "right of the individual to life, liberty, security of the person "and enjoyment of property", and the right not to be deprived thereof except "by due process of law".
