To: Reform BC Board of Directors

There will a Board Meeting held at the Party office at 1715 Riverside Drive, North Vancouver on Wednesday, March 7th 2001 at 7:30 pm. Board Members who cannot attend in person will be able to phone in. Barb Smith will set up the teleconference.

The purpose of the meeting will be to;
Accept the resignations from Ross McQuarie, Evelyn Budzinski, and Clarence Hall.
Motion to Censure Bob Zayonc, Bill Van Der Zalm and Bev Welsh under section 4.19 of our Bylaws.
Ratify the appointments of the First and Second Vice President.
Motion to approve council to seek relief from the court to over turn the suspension of Reform.

To Mr. Bob Zayonc, Mr. Bill Van Der Zalm and Bev Welsh You have consciously and willfully acted or spoken in a manner that has reflected significant harm and discredit upon the Party. Before voting on such motion to censure, you shall have an opportunity to present your case opposing the motion before the Board.

Due to the nature of the meeting, and the motion to censure the President and Leader, I would ask the Board to accept the EX-Officio Officer to Chair the meeting.

We will require at least four signatures from Members of the Board to sanction this meeting.
